Morning flow Vinyasa Yoga
Suitable for all abilities, from beginners, improvers and through to long time yogis. This class is designed to set you up for the week with a mindful vinyasa flow. Building the movement place and intensity slowly and surely through the 60min class. Ending with a rejuvenating relaxation setting you up for a great week.
Vinyasa Yoga
A flowing yoga session designed to improve flexibility, mobility & strength whilst calming your nervous system and improving your focus with flowing movement, balance practises, breath work and stretching. This class combines flowing asana with breathwork and relaxation. Suitable for all yoga abilities.
Online Vinyasa Yoga
Can't make it in person then join in live from where ever you are. A flowing yoga session designed to improve flexibility, mobility & strength whilst calming your nervous system and improving your focus with flowing movement, balance practises, breath work and stretching. This class combines flowing asana with breathwork and relaxation. Suitable for all yoga abilities. Live video stream link will be sent once session is booked.
Strength & Balance Yoga for Seniors
A friendly and inclusive class specifically aimed at those over 65 looking to stay strong, active and healthy. This class will incorporate functional movement, balance exercises, gentle strength training and breathwork. With the intention of improving posture, balance, strength and reducing aches and pains, whilst also calming the nervous system and helping to reduce anxiety. All abilities welcome. You can make the session as challenging or as gentle as you want. With variations offered through out.
Space is limited to 9 people per session so please cancel your space if you are not able to attend to release your space for the waiting list.
All equipment will be provided
Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time so as not to disrupt the flow.
HIIT & Flow
60min energising & endorphin raising class. We begin with a cleansing and calming pranayama (breathing exercise), then 20 minutes of low impact strengthening & energising HIIT (High intensity interval training) followed by a stretchy yoga flow ending in a well earned deep relaxation. This class will get the heart rate going, build strength and help with weight loss as well as calm the mind setting you up for the day. All abilities welcome, from beginners to hard core yogi's there will be modifications offered for everyone.
Workshop - Progress your practise
In this 2 hour carefully curated workshop we will be incorporating strength & conditioning drills into a dynamic flow allowing us to warm up the body and build strength before spending time on practising and developing the more challenging yoga asana of arm balances, inversions, splits, binds or any other yoga asana goal you may have.
Suitable for beginners to arm balancing and inversions, although previous experience of yoga will be beneficial.
Just bring yourself, water, an open mind and a light hearted approach :-)

Workshop - Yoga for Runners
A 90min carefully curated workshop designed to help runners release tight muscles and build strength where needed to support your running training. Suitable for those working on big running goals as well as the occasional jogger. Come and learn some new stretching techniques to help your body run better and feel better.
