A gentle evening practise, perfect for just before bed. Relax, unwind & feel the restorative and healing qualities of yoga nidra. In this session we work slowly through a series of carefully sequenced yoga postures and stretches to iron out any stiffness at the end of the day. This is followed by a long and relaxing yoga nidra (sleep state yoga) to fully re-set the nervous system and switch off the mind before a good nights sleep.

30min hip and lower body mobility session. Tight hips from running, cycling or just sitting at your desk all day? Then take this 30min session to move and stretch. Build your mobility progress slowly and surely.
