A 90min carefully curated workshop designed to help runners release tight muscles and build strength where needed to support your running training. Suitable for those working on big running goals as well as the occasional jogger. Come and learn some new stretching techniques to help your body run better and feel better. Bookable with your monthly membership or pay as you go online.

Cancellation Policy
All spaces must be booked online prior to the session. No walk ins. If you are not able to attend the session please cancel your space online to make the space available for the next person. Refunds will be made either back on to your relevant bundle, or back to your bank card if cancellations are made with 12 or more hours notice. No refunds or credits will be offered for cancellations made with less than 12 hours notice.
